2. Information We Handle

Depending on the Service and the features you use, we may handle the following categories of information.

Game Progress and Information Stored on Your Device

Our games may store information locally on your device, such as:

• game settings and preferences;
• tutorial or onboarding status;
• scores and gameplay progress;
• virtual-item or in-game currency balances;
• unlocked content;
• achievements; and
• other information required to maintain your game state.

This information normally remains on your device. It may also be included in device backups managed by your operating-system or platform provider.

Clearing an app's data or uninstalling the app may delete locally stored information, subject to any backups maintained by your device or platform provider.

Gameplay and Diagnostic Information

Some of our games may send gameplay or diagnostic events to Noeticforce-controlled services to help us understand game performance, balance, stability, and feature usage.

These events may include information such as:

• game or session events;
• scores and gameplay progress;
• feature interactions;
• event date and time;
• game version;
• general technical or diagnostic information; and
• a random session or event identifier.

Our first-party gameplay analytics are designed not to include your name, email address, platform password, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, or precise location unless a particular Service clearly tells you otherwise.

When information is transmitted over the internet, our servers and hosting or security providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, request time, application version, and network or server logs for delivery, security, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.

Leaderboards and Achievements

Some of our games may use platform services such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services for leaderboards, rankings, achievements, or related functionality.

When you use these features, game scores or achievement progress may be submitted to the platform account into which you are signed.

Apple or Google may associate this activity with your platform profile and may display information such as your nickname, avatar, score, rank, or achievements according to your platform account and privacy settings. Noeticforce does not receive your Apple or Google account password.

Advertising and Advertising Choices

Some Noeticforce games may include advertising, including optional rewarded advertisements.

We currently use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and may use Google's consent and privacy tools, including the Google User Messaging Platform, in products that contain Google advertising.

Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and the advertising configuration of the relevant game, Google and participating advertising providers may process information such as:

• IP address;
• approximate location derived from IP address;
• advertising or app identifiers where permitted;
• device and app information;
• ad impressions and interactions;
• app interactions;
• diagnostic information; and
• information used for advertising security and fraud prevention.

Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable law, your consent choices, device settings, age-related requirements, and the configuration of the relevant Service.

Declining personalized advertising does not prevent you from using the core game. However, an optional advertising-supported feature may not be available if an eligible advertisement cannot be requested or loaded.

Where privacy or advertising choices are available within a game, you may use those controls to review or change your choices. You may also use the privacy and advertising controls provided by your device, Apple, Google, or other relevant platform providers.

Purchases

Some Noeticforce games may offer in-app purchases.

Payments are processed by the applicable platform, such as the Apple App Storeor Google Play. Noeticforce does not receive your full credit-card, debit-card, or bank-account details from those platforms.

We may receive information necessary to provide, validate, restore, or troubleshoot a purchase, such as:

• the product purchased;
• transaction or purchase identifiers;
• purchase status;
• receipt or purchase-validation information; and
• other limited information provided by the platform for transaction processing.

Payment information held directly by Apple, Google, or another platform provider is governed by that provider's privacy practices.

Support Communications

If you contact Noeticforce for support, feedback, a privacy request, or another enquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include:

• your email address;
• device model;
• operating-system version;
• app or game version;
• screenshots;
• transaction information relevant to a purchase issue; and
• your description of the problem or enquiry.

Please avoid sending information that is not necessary for us to handle your request.

3. Website Information

You may browse the Noeticforce website without creating a Noeticforce account unless a particular website feature states otherwise.

Our hosting, network, and security providers may automatically process standard technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, date and time of requests, referral or network information, and security and diagnostic logs.

If you contact us through the website, email, or another available contact method, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and maintain appropriate business records.

4. How We Use Information

Depending on the Service and features involved, we may use information to:

• operate and provide our games, applications, and websites;
• maintain game progress, settings, and features;
• provide leaderboards and achievements;
• process or restore in-app purchases;
• provide optional rewarded advertising;
• manage advertising consent and privacy choices;
• understand game performance and feature usage;
• diagnose crashes, errors, and technical problems;
• improve game balance, functionality, and user experience;
• provide customer support;
• detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, cheating, or security incidents;
• protect Noeticforce, our users, and our Services;
• comply with applicable legal requirements; and
• establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Where applicable law requires a particular legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted, or another lawful basis applicable to the particular processing.

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent as permitted by applicable law without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

5. Third-Party Services

Depending on the product, platform, and features you use, Noeticforce Services may integrate with third-party services including:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention;
• Google User Messaging Platform — advertising consent and privacy choices;
• Apple Game Center — leaderboards, rankings, and achievements;
• Google Play Games Services — leaderboards, rankings, and achievements;
• Apple App Store — distribution, updates, purchases, and platform services;
• Google Play — distribution, updates, purchases, and platform services; and
• hosting, infrastructure, security, and network providers used to operate our Services.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, platform settings, and applicable legal requirements. We require third parties processing information on our behalf to provide protections appropriate to the information and the services they provide.

6. Advertising Privacy Choices

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, a Noeticforce game containing advertising may present consent or privacy controls before certain advertising processing takes place.

Where available, you may reopen advertising privacy choices through the privacy or advertising settings provided within the game. You may also manage advertising, tracking, and privacy settings through your iOS or Android device and through your Apple or Google account settings.

In some jurisdictions, certain advertising-related disclosures may be treated under local law as "sharing", targeted advertising, or a similar concept. Where applicable, available privacy controls may be used to exercise relevant choices.

Noeticforce does not sell personal information to third parties for direct monetary payment.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing our Services, product analysis, security, support, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

In general:

• On-device game information remains until overwritten, cleared, or the app is uninstalled, subject to backups.
• First-party gameplay and diagnostic information may ordinarily be retained at event level for up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
• Support correspondence may ordinarily be retained for up to 24 months after a matter is closed, unless longer retention is reasonably required.
• Purchase information may be retained as needed to validate purchases, support users, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements.
• Leaderboard and achievement information maintained by Apple or Google is controlled through the relevant platform account.

Some gameplay information may not be associated with an account or persistent identifier. Where Noeticforce cannot reasonably identify a particular anonymous or non-account-based event as belonging to a specific person, we may be unable to locate that individual event in response to a deletion request.

8. Children's Privacy

Our games are intended for the audiences identified in their respective app-store listings.

Noeticforce does not design its games to require children to provide their name, personal email address, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, or precise location merely to play a game, unless a particular feature clearly states otherwise and appropriate requirements are satisfied.

Where a Service is offered to children or to an audience that includes children, we apply age-appropriate privacy, consent, advertising, and platform settings as required by applicable law and platform policies. Advertising and other third-party services may also apply age-related restrictions and settings.

9. International Processing

Noeticforce Private Limited is based in India. Some service providers used to operate our games, advertising, platform features, website, or infrastructure may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.

Where required, we take appropriate measures for international processing and transfers of personal information in accordance with applicable law.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include encrypted network transmission where supported, access controls, data minimisation, restricted access to operational systems, and security and diagnostic monitoring.

No method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information controlled by Noeticforce, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection or restriction, portability where applicable, and other requests provided by applicable data-protection law.

To make a privacy request, email noeticforce@gmail.com and provide enough information for us to understand and respond. We may need to verify a request before acting on it and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.

For information controlled directly by Apple, Google, an advertising provider, or another third-party platform, please use that provider's privacy, account, or support tools.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our games, applications, website, service providers, data practices, or legal requirements change. When we update it, we will publish the revised version at https://noeticforce.com/privacy and update the effective date above.

Where required by law or platform policy, we may also provide an appropriate notice within a Service or through the relevant app store if a change materially affects how information is handled.
